A: Yes. Physical cards can be shipped individually or in bulk to international locations including the U.S., Canada, U.K., and Australia.
Q: How are physical card orders shipped and how long does it take?
A: Physical card orders are shipped via various methods depending on the card type and order specifics. For **physical Visa® prepaid cards**, they are shipped by our prepaid card vendor via standard USPS mail. * Delivery within the United States and Canada is estimated to be between 7 and 10 business days. * For addresses outside the United States and Canada, the estimated delivery time ranges from 15 to 25 business days, though not all prepaid cards can be shipped internationally. **Merchant-branded physical gift cards** are sent via USPS First Class mail. * Once the order is submitted, please allow 12 to 15 business days for your reward to reach you. Due to high mail volumes, it is advisable to allow 15 business days before reaching out for assistance. These cards cannot be shipped outside of the United States. For **bulk physical rewards**, multiple shipping options are available for US addresses: * **UPS Ground:** Delivers 3-5 business days after processing. * **UPS 2nd Day Air:** Delivers 2 business days after processing. * **UPS Next Day Air:** Delivers 1 business day after processing. * **USPS Priority Mail:** Delivers 1-3 business days after processing. Please note that a $3.00 shipping and processing fee is deducted from your card's balance when a reward is redeemed for a physical prepaid card from a digital token. PO Boxes and Rural Route Boxes are not supported for bulk physical orders.
Recipient Experience & Redemption
Q: How and when do recipients receive a physical card?
A: Recipients can receive a physical card by first receiving a gift email with a promo-code and a link to redeem it. They click the link, select the option for a physical card (if available), and provide their name, address, email, and phone number. A confirmation of the physical card order will be emailed to them or displayed on screen. Physical cards are shipped via standard USPS mail. **For physical Visa® and Mastercard® prepaid cards:** * There is a $3.00 shipping and processing fee deducted from the card's balance. * For cards shipped within the United States and Canada, the estimated delivery time is between 7 and 10 business days. * For addresses outside the United States and Canada, the estimated delivery time ranges from 15 to 25 business days. Please note that not all prepaid cards can be shipped internationally. **For physical merchant-branded gift cards:** * There is no shipping charge. * Once the order is submitted, please allow 12 to 15 business days for the reward to reach you. Due to high mail volumes, it is advisable to allow up to 15 business days. * Physical merchant-branded cards cannot be shipped outside of the United States.
